Greg Lindberg Lists Three Ways To Be More Productive At Work

 

Are you so busy that you find that you can’t even catch your breath? You’re not alone. The truth is that most of us have a lot on our plate. From work and school, to family and other responsibilities, it can be difficult to balance everything. And, don’t even think about doing something for yourself like going to the gym or meditation.

If you are looking to get more productivity out of your day, Greg Lindberg, who is a CEO, says that you don’t need to transform your entire life to be more productive. Here are three tips from Greg Lindberg:

Sit up Straight or Get a Standing Desk: When you slouch, you don’t take in enough oxygen. When you don’t take in enough oxygen, you get tired more quickly and it becomes tougher to concentrate. If you can’t get a standing desk, make it a point to get up from your desk every hour or so to recharge the batteries so you can get more done.

Reward Yourself: If you are having trouble finding the motivation to get something done, set up an incentive for yourself. It could be something as simple as giving yourself fifteen minutes to read your favorite sports blog. Whatever will keep you motivated will allow you to get more done.

Drink Water: If you are reaching for a cup of coffee the first thing in the morning, Greg Lindberg cautions that you might be causing yourself to become more dehydrated. Plus, if you are taking in a ton of coffee, you’re bound to experience a rebound effect. Instead, try drinking eight glasses of water and see if your energy level increases to get things done.
